Yes, a 10% security deposit IS required to book a bounce house. If the minimum deposit is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the event. The deposit is fully refundable as long as you abide by our cancellation policy.
We require 48 hours' notice prior to the event in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Although PayPal is our payment processing center, it does accept all major credit cards. If the minimum deposit was made online, we recommend the balance be paid in cash on delivery. We do accept credit cards on delivery but not personal checks.
The latest we schedule pick-up is 8:00 pm. Although we might have several pickups at that time, we work our way around the territory and will pick up the bouncer the same night unless you booked for an extra day.

A 50% chance of rain or more for the day, we reserve the right to cancel 49% of rain or less we may still continue at the customer's discretion with NO refund being given after delivery. We will not set up in the rain and that may cause a delay in delivery times.
Although we do not recommend it, we can set a protective tarp under the bounce house to keep it from abrasive movement across the paved surface.
We recommend 3-6 weeks in advance, some customers book a year in advance.
Delivery, set-up, and pickup are all included in the price unless you live outside our delivery zone, which then you might incur a small delivery fee.
Typical delivery times are between 7:30 am till 12:00 pm depending on your location from our warehouse. To ensure a prompt and timely delivery, we recommend your event time start at 11:00 am or later. The latest pickup time is 8:00 pm.
We do not stay after delivery, we’re on to the next. But we do offer an attendant which must be booked in advance when you place your order.
Generally, it takes 15-25 min from the time we pull up, set up, and go.
Yes, we clean before or after set up with a mild disinfectant and thoroughly blow any debris out of the bouncer.
